The 2 week notice template writer and the downloadable letters are free to use, for yourself or to help someone else write a resignation letter. You may edit, print and send the letters you make here. You may not resell the templates or present this site's content as your own product.

We work to keep the letters accurate, clear and polite, but the site is provided as it is, without any warranty. We are not responsible for how a letter is received, for decisions made because of it, or for any loss that follows from using the site.

You are responsible for what you send

Read every letter before you send it. Check that the names, the dates and the notice you are giving match your situation and your agreements with your employer.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Notice periods, final pay, leave and benefits can depend on your contract, a union agreement, company policy and the law where you work. Check your contract and local law for notice rules, and ask a qualified professional if your situation is complicated.
